The Spy Who Loved Me – Excerpt No. 2

In the distance he could see the blue iridescent glow of the algae. While life on the surface of the planet was slowly being choked into extinction, those along the sea could still get by without a mask. 

He shuffled his feet a few times to get some circulation back in his legs. He had been standing at this spot for what felt like an hour. However, it was the best vantage point he had of his two targets. 

“I’m not sure where they got their intelligence from,” Jimmy muttered. 

Nothing about this situation made any sense to him. His target was supposed to be some high level vampire and her human girlfriend, but both were spending their time tasting an assortment of Indian dishes paired with expensive French wines.
