The other reason for distracting him was the glass itself. While she is as a great shot, glass often fucked with the ballistics. Here the proof was at the impact point. 

The bullet went in right through his right eye and straight out the back. She could see the ground on the other side and smiled. 

“Fucked with the wrong girl,” Grace said. 

She grabbed his phone and connected it to hers. While both phones began to stream massive amounts of information, she pulled out a small metal cylinder. With the press of a button, a laser light stretched out over his left eye to confirm there was no contact lens.
