One…

Marc was making it easy for his opponent as the other hovered in the background just out of range. Marc repeated his earlier combination to boost the man’s confidence.

Two…

He followed through with a slash which caused the man to smile due to Marc’s predictability.

Three…

He slashed again but this time followed through by firing off his pistol.  The gunshot corresponded with the sound of the high-exploisive round going off.

The man took a .445 calibre round straight in the chest, which caused him to stumble. With the man dangerously exposed, Marc freed his first opponent of their head with a slash.

a cinematic photo of a British Officer with a determined expression, wearing a khaki uniform and helmet, armed with a pistol, shoots a vampiric German soldier with glowing eyes and sharp fangs, set against a dark and misty nocturnal backdrop of a World War I battlefield in 1915, with trenches and barbed wire in the foreground, the officer's facial features are strong and resolute, with a pale skin tone, while the vampiric soldier's skin is deathly pale, the scene is illuminated by the soft glow of moonlight and the muzzle flash of the pistol, with deep shadows and a sense of intense drama, captured in a photography style reminiscent of a classic war movie.
