He did the same, causing the car to crash all ventilation. The car chimed a warning about pressure loss and atmospheric breech but he ignored it. Whatever this was, it could not play out for much longer. 

That changed to pursed lips and was followed by her blowing him a kiss. He did not know what school she went to, but had to wonder if they were all as forward as her. 

He was thinking on what to say, but in the blink of an eye she had a pistol trained on him. The last thing his brain registered was a flash from the muzzle. 

A young blonde woman wearing white over-ear headphones sits in the driver’s seat of a white vehicle at night, holding a black pistol aimed out the open side window while thick rusty-orange fog surrounds the car.
