In the distance a branch snapped. Both women turned towards the sound, but Julia growled. It sounded surprisingly like a wolf, even though she was in human form.

“You said something about there being an abandoned farm?”

“Yeah,” Julia said.

“Did you notice a verse on the arch for this section?”

“Yeah… uh… Genesis… Nine…”

Clara’s eyes widened.

“Three?” Clara confirmed.

“How did you know?”
