“Just a trick of the brain,” Marc said. “I dreamed of a woman with raven black hair and eyes the day we met…”

“Should I be jealous?”

He took her in his arms, kissed her tenderly and hugged her. She was cool to the touch, which was surprisingly comforting. He peered straight into those hazelnut brown eyes.

“I only have eyes for you,” Marc said.
