The Van Helsing Conjecture – Excerpt No. 219

Clara broke through her binding using the raw strength of a vampire. Without a hint of concern, Evelyn grabbed the freed hand and arrested its momentum entirely.

When the vampire realised there were no talons and that Clara was not resisting, those green eyes came aglow. Meanwhile, the angel wore a smile, curled on one end… She’ll see it as me being cocky

“I’m savin’ my love for you,” Clara sang.

There was a moment of hesitation shining in those green eyes. Clara used the opportunity to open her hand and brushed up against Evelyn’s cheek. In turn the vampire reacted positively by nuzzling into the touch.

a highly stylized, cinematic photograph of two elegant flappers, captured in a romantic and intimate moment, as one lady with a slender, porcelain-skinned face, adorned with a diamond necklace and a fashionable, curled bob, gently nuzzles her cheek into the manicured hand of her companion, who wears a lavish, beaded fringe dress and a stylish, cloche hat, amidst the opulent surroundings of an art-deco bedroom, complete with lavish velvet drapes, ornate mirrors, and intricately patterned, geometric-shaped furnishings, evoking the glamour and sophistication of 1925 high-class United States, with a warm, golden lighting that accentuates the luxurious textures and ornate details, shot in a shallow depth of field to emphasize the tenderness of the moment.
