The Van Helsing Conjecture – Excerpt No. 98

“You don’t happen to have Adonis in there?” Evelyn said.

“He’s already dead,” Ethereal said.

Even Evelyn reacted visibly to hearing that voice. A cold stare from both her sisters caused the translucent goddess to sink deeper into her chair.

“Shame,” Evelyn said. “Ah well, a girl can dream. Although, I could lose myself in Artemis’ eyes though… Is it true that you were considered one of the most beautiful Goddesses of your time?”

Evelyn flashed her trademark smile, and Clara could have sworn that Artemis was blushing. After all that goddess was known to have virginal women accompany her… There might be more to that lore

A cinematic photograph of the Greek goddess Artemis, depicted as a statuesque figure with radiant, olive-toned skin and raven-black hair, walking through a misty, moonlit forest, surrounded by six young women with various skin tones and hair textures, each with a gentle, ethereal glow, as if lit by the soft beams of the full moon, their flowing white robes blending seamlessly with the fog, their faces serene, with subtle, enigmatic smiles, the atmosphere infused with a sense of mystique and wonder, the camera capturing the scene with a shallow depth of field, blurring the forest background, and emphasizing the soft, luminous textures of the goddess and her companions, with a warm, earthy color palette dominated by shades of emerald green, silver, and misty blue, evoking a sense of mythical, dreamlike quality.
